Middle School Workshops

Middle School Workshop Sessions can be taken as individual sessions or you can purchase the series at a discount

  • Geared towards middle school students. They will learn strategies to help them develop independence navigating the new challenges of middle school as they manage their:

    -Belongings (backpack, locker, homework, etc.),

    -Time (projects, homework, daily load, etc.), and

    -Themself (hygiene, self-care, social emotional skills, etc.)

  • They will learn strategies for taking notes by hand, on the computer, from text books, and from a classroom teacher . They will also practice when and how to make these strategies their own.

  • A virtual workshop series focusing on top 10 concerns we hear from high school students with ADHD. You are able to sign up for individual sessions, or for the entire series at a discounted rate. Sessions include, but are not limited to:

  • Workshop for Students who are balancing school work, extracurricular activities, a social life, and now…preparing for college. This workshop will teach strategies and resources to help with time management, organization and other challenges they will be facing.

  • Understanding and supporting your child's ADHD.  A positive reframe to build your relationship with your child and empower them to understand and utilize their strengths

  • Providing foundational knowledge about ADHD, its symptoms, and its impact on teens

  • Sharing effective behavior management strategies for home and school

  • Help to understand how to establish and maintain structure and routine and how that will help your child

  • Strategies for improving communication between you and your child

  • Providing strategies to help your child succeed academically

  • Learning to support the emotional and social development of your child with ADHD
